A Winning Foundation
Rocking M Ranch breeding stock comes from champion bloodlines and, as you can see below, our bucks and some of our does have been champions themselves. We strive to have the right genetics to produce winners.
This is "Pass". Check out his record and pedigree on the"Our Bucks" page. His structural correctness, muscle, bone and strong top line enabled him to accumulate 65 ABGA show points in 12 shows! He was 1st in all 12 classes with numerous Grand and reserve champion titles!
This is "Tex". We bought him directly from Powell Holman. He is a son of the great Bingo, which is the only 3 time national champion buck. Those of you knowledgeable of great wether sires know that Bingo genetics are proven in the the wether goat arena. His kids are long bodied, structurally correct with powerful tops!
This is "April" leaving the ring as Grand Champion doe at the 2005 Cleveland County Fair. She will be one of our brood does along with many others who have proven their ability in the show ring.
This picture was taken during a 4H workshop in Woodward County. Mary Anne is demonstrating how to clip a wether for showing. The workshops typically last 2 hours and cover basic nutrition, care and preparing for show. If you have interest in scheduling a workshop, just give us a call.
